Our Board of Advisers is comprised of prominent government and industry veterans.  Each member draws from their accomplishments, business acumen, and public sector perspective to provide SE Solutions strategic guidance and expert oversight.

Mr. John Allen

John Allen is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bluestone Capital Partners, an investment banking firm that focuses on providing merger and acquisition (M&A) services to middle-market companies.

Mr. Jon Craver

Jon Craver is a Partner in the Communications and High Tech practice at Accenture. In his role, Mr. Craver provides oversight of the consulting and outsourcing work for major accounts in the Washington region such as MCI, AOL, Sprint, VeriSign, and XM Radio.

The Honorable Thomas Davis

Tom Davis advises Deloitte’s Federal Government Services clients on major trends, opportunities and challenges facing the federal government, with a focus on technology innovation and government transformation.  Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Davis served seven-terms as congressman from Virginia and as chairman of the Government Reform Committee.

Dr. Renato DiPentima

Renato (Renny) DiPentima is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of SRA International. Dr. DiPentima began his career with SRA in 1995 holding various senior executive positions responsible for providing technology and strategic consulting services to federal clients. Prior to joining SRA, Dr. DiPentima held several senior management positions in the U.S. federal government, most recently serving as deputy commissioner for systems at the Social Security Administration.

Ms. Lurita Doan

Lurita Doan was the first woman presidential nominee confirmed by the senate to serve as the General Services Administration’s chief executive. Ms. Doan took the reins of GSA during one of the agency’s most challenging and difficult periods.  Prior to leading GSA, Ms. Doan founded New Technology Management Inc. Under Ms. Doan’s leadership, the company rose to No. 67 in Forbes’s ASAP 500 ranking.

Mr. James Flyzik

Jim Flyzik is the President of The Flyzik Group, which works with clients to understand their corporate business lines and how best to approach the federal government market. Prior to co-founding TheFlyzikGroup, Mr. Flyzik served our Nation for 27 years in various federal government leadership positions including the role of Senior Advisor to Governor Ridge in the White House Office of Homeland Security; as the Vice Chair of the federal CIO Council, as Deputy Assistant Secretary and CIO for the Department of the Treasury, and in key IT management positions with the U.S. Secret Service.

Dr. Linwood Rose

Linwood Rose is the President of James Madison University.  Dr. Rose has led the University into a position of national prominence and has served as chair of the Commission of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the regional accrediting agency for eleven Southern states. He has also served as commissioner, Virginia state chairman, committee chair and executive council member for SACS.

Mr. Gregory Rothwell

Greg Rothwell is President of Evermay Consulting Group, Inc. an advisory firm that provides strategic acquisition guidance focusing on Homeland Security and other federal agency mission areas. Mr. Rothwell has a 34 year career in the federal acquisition community. He served in ten different agencies, including most recently the Departments of Homeland Security (DHS), Treasury and Interior.

The Honorable Donald Upson

Don Upson is the Founder and Partner at ICG Government, a government technology and management consulting practice specializing in assisting companies and governments in navigating the government technology market.

Prior to founding ICG, Mr. Upson served as Virginia's first Secretary of Technology, an office that combined the state's chief information officer function with broader responsibilities of economic development, research and development among Virginia's research universities, and law and policy affecting electronic government, Internet, electronic information access and related issues.

Mr. Theodore Vagias

Theodore (Teddy) Vagias is the Founder and CEO at Mason Harriman Group. Mason Harriman Group provides corporate executives with an enterprise vehicle to the capture capabilities, lessons learned and fully utilize the advantages when leveraging real life, hands-on experience in the "Best and Worst Practices™" from a multitude of industries.
