Markets|Windsor Group. In his role at the firm, Mr. Allen directs key client relationships and jointly oversees day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Davis served as chairman of the Government Reform Committee, providing leadership for some of our Nation’s most critical challenges.


Dr. Renny DiPentima

Renny DiPentima is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of SRA International. Dr. DiPentima began his career with SRA in 1995 holding various senior executive positions responsible for providing technology and strategic consulting services to federal clients.

Prior to joining SRA, Dr. DiPentima held several senior management positions in the U.S. federal government, most recently serving as deputy commissioner for systems at the Social Security Administration.

 

Ms. Lurita Doan


Lurita Doan was the first woman presidential nominee confirmed by the senate to serve as the General Services Administration’s chief executive. Ms. Doan took the reins of GSA during one of the agency’s most challenging and difficult periods.

 

Prior to leading GSA, Ms. Doan founded New Technology Management Inc. Under Ms. Doan’s leadership, the company rose to No. 67 in Forbes’s ASAP 500 ranking.

Mr. Jim Flyzik


Jim Flyzik is the President of TheFlyzikGroup, which works with clients to understand their corporate business lines and how best to approach the federal government market. The company assists in defining winning themes, reviewing proposals and performance measures, and assuring compliance with performance based contracting procedures. Prior to co-founding TheFlyzikGroup, Mr. Flyzik served our Nation for 27 years in various federal government leadership positions including the role of Senior Advisor to Governor Ridge in the White House Office of Homeland Security; as the Vice Chair of the federal CIO Council, as Deputy Assistant Secretary and CIO for the Department of the Treasury, and in key IT management positions with the U.S. Secret Service.


Dr. Linwood H. Rose


Linwood Rose is the President of James Madison University. Dr. Rose is only the 5th president in the university’s 100+ year history. Mr. Rose Dr. Rose has led the University into a position of national prominence and has also represented JMU and Virginia in a variety of important roles on national, regional and state commissions, committees and advisory boards. Dr. Rose has been with the University virtually his entire professional career. He has served as chair of the Commission of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the regional accrediting agency for eleven Southern states. He has also served as commissioner, Virginia state chairman, committee chair and executive council member for SACS. In addition, Dr. Rose has served as a member of the Division I board of directors of the National Collegiate Athletic Association.


Mr. Mike Thomas


Mike Thomas is the President of Lockheed Martin's Global Security Solutions Group. In this role, Mr. Thomas leads 8,000 engineers in providing cutting-edge information for national security. As premier providers of geospatial intelligence -- analyzing imagery and geospatial data, and generating information that describes physical features and activities on earth -- the company delivers some of the most technically advanced systems in the world.

 

An industry leader, Mr. Thomas is a founding member and is on the board of directors of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance and also serves on the board of directors for the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation.


Mr. Donald W. Upson


Don Upson is the principal partner at ICG Government, a government technology and management consulting practice specializing in assisting companies and governments in navigating the government technology market.


Prior to founding ICG, Mr. Upson served as Virginia’s first Secretary of Technology, an office that combined the state’s chief information officer function with broader responsibilities of economic development, research and development among Virginia’s research universities, and law and policy affecting electronic government, Internet, electronic information access and related issues.
